Get thee to a thrift store →
Once you start reading this blog it’s pretty difficult to stop. The only reason you would want to stop would be to go to a charity shop to buy some old dresses and get your sewing machine out (which I intend to do this weekend.)
It’s pretty annoying when people do stuff you wish you had thought of first.

Decisions, decisions... →
I will buy something from this website just as soon as I can actually choose something, because I want most/all of it.

I bought this card recently because it made me laugh out loud in the card shop. I haven’t decided who will be the lucky recipient yet. It might turn out to be me, in fact.

Pretty inspiring →
This is a blog I came across whilst searching google for images of John Dilnot bird designs - this blogger has a print of them in her London flat and this fact alone made me read some more of her blog. She has decorated her flat in a very appealing way - minimalist yet vintage, white yet warm. Ch-ch-check it out.

Craftwerk
This may have already been done, but I’d like to start a local craft group, where we sit around and knit or sew or whatever whilst listening exclusively to krautrock - though mostly just Kraftwerk because that’s pretty much the only krautrock band I’m familiar with. I would call it Crafwerk.

Ready Steady Sew
I’ve decided to start a blog where I can fully embrace my love of all things kitsch and vintage, without diluting my other blog with endless pictures of things consisting mostly of gingham/flowers/both, more often than not designed by Cath Kidston, and the various craft projects that I turn my hand to, with varying results. Enjoy!
